You will need:

Egg white (from 1 egg)
Let the marinated chicken fillet rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.

For the sauce you will need:
Honey
Sugar
Soy sauce
Rice vinegar
A little water
Tomato paste
Pour the sauce into a hot pan and stir until it thickens.
