Ingredients list and cooking instructions:

You will need:

Chicken fillet

For the marinade:

Salt

Pepper

Sesame oil

Soy sauce

Baking soda

Garlic powder

Egg white (from 1 egg)

Let the marinated chicken fillet rest in the refrigerator for at least 3 hours.
Then coat it in potato starch and fry on both sides.

For the sauce you will need:

Honey

Sugar

Soy sauce

Rice vinegar

A little water

Tomato paste

Pour the sauce into a hot pan and stir until it thickens.
Then add the fried chicken fillet and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
