Chicken in Blackberry Sauce
Season a whole chicken with salt on both sides.Place in the oven at 200°C.
Preparing the blackberry sauce:Crush together:
Blend the blackberries (add a little water).Then strain through a sieve.
Add the crushed garlic to the blackberry juice, as well as sugar to taste.Add coriander.Mix well.
Pour the blackberry sauce over the roasted chicken and enjoy!
